And I am back!!! I went to Devil's Alley for SIPS last night. I have to say that this is one of the best ones out there. Each selection from the beer to the Apps are really great choices. They do SIPS upstairs with a great view of Chestnut Street..
It gets really crowd so don't panic. If you want to have fun just order a drink. It stays packed but people come & go.
Me & my HHHs were @ the window up front but I could still see the bar & they were hustling. I love the wait staff. They all were wear sneaks so you know they are on the move, but still really nice.
Only real issue is the back is rather stuffy.
The big question: Would I come back beyond SIPS.
Yes I would.

**side bar- because there are like 4 bars/restaurants in a row from the corner in, there are alot of GOOD LOOKING men.

Great review. Devil's Alley is one of my favorite spots. the food is great
