This is How Tequila Tasting Should Be Done!

It's going to be every Tuesday this summer.
First one is going to be with the Milagro's (Blanco, Anejo, Reposado, and Romanca)..
The volcanic rich soil of Mexico hold many secrets....The main course will be the Pollo Relleno Con Jaiva: Mexican style crab meat stuffed in a chili powder chicken breast. For desert their will be Flan: a burnt caramel custard.

Aaron from Mexican Post is going to be our guide to experience the complexity of the tequilas like we have never had. The cuisine is authentic and best in the city!

I love tasting, comparing and discovering fine unknown Tequila brands. I recently came across a great site, www.TequilaRack.com that has information and videos on how to properly taste Agave spirits in order to determine your own preference. They showcase six different Family Brands from different distilleries around the Tequila Appellation area. Apparently there are many traditional family Tequila brands that have only recently begun to export outside of their villages.

The food is amazing!! Very authentic. I cant wait to taste the Milagro!! Especially the Romanca.. If you are a Tequila lover you shouldn't miss this...
